Maco is a company with the vision to create a community of like minded customers.
Every watch is made, one by one, by the founder with delicate care.
Watches may take up to 10 working days to be built and shipped, but we aim to deliver your order as soon as we can, without comprimising quality or care.
We will ensure to stay in contact with customers after ordering to make them aware of the timeline and to accomodate any special requests.

Warranty
Maco 12 Limited Warranty
All Maco watches are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including movement malfunction and mechanical failure under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, water damage beyond the stated rating, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised servicing.
If your watch develops a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, Maco will repair or replace the watch at our discretion.
